The Stormwater Cooling Plant Room at Zero Carbon Building, Kowloon Bay, is built using reinforced concrete MiC modules developed by MDM, which empowered a plant room construction that is fully prefab with a 90% completed fit-out including interior painting, exterior cladding, glass panel and E&M works. MDM’s proprietary design enabled fast installation on site within a few hours. The tight tolerance also allowed for better fit & finishes which does not require reworking, thus saving time & cost in fitting-out work.
